The terms that apply when you use this site or place an order with us.

These terms apply to your use of torchofheavencandle.com and to any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them. The site and store are operated by Ginou Creations, INC, Baldwin, NY 11510.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment clears and the order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors happen, and we reserve the right to correct them.

Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, and what happens if something arrives damaged.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a scent that turned out not to be to your taste, or for an order placed by mistake. Please read the product details and scent notes before ordering, and write to us first if you are unsure — we would rather answer a question than have you buy the wrong thing.

This does not apply to orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Those we will replace or refund. See our Shipping Policy for how to report them and the time limit for doing so.

Safe use of our products

Candles are an open flame and are your responsibility once they are in your home. Follow the safety instructions on the jar and in our Candle Care Guide. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use.

Fragrance and sensitivity

Our products contain fragrance oils. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, review the product details before buying, and stop using a product if you react to it. Room and body sprays are for external use only.

Intellectual property

The Torch of Heaven name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it for commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
